- 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup raisins or chopped nuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheet with parchment.
- In a bowl, combine oats, flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk coconut oil, maple syrup or honey, egg, and vanilla.
- Mix wet ingredients into dry until combined. Fold in raisins or nuts.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet in mounds.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool on sheet, then transfer to rack to finish cooling.
