Ingredients

- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tbsp espresso powder
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line cake pans.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk; mix until just combined.

- For frosting, beat butter until creamy. Dissolve espresso powder in heavy cream.
- Add powdered sugar and espresso cream to butter; beat until fluffy.
